<p>Cu poll-ul <strong><a href="http://blog.triconsultance.ro/2010/08/3033/" target="_blank">Marca Privata sau brand ?</a></strong> am urmarit sa vad care sunt preferintele de consum al celor ce citesc acest blog. Mai concret, am vrut sa vad daca preferintele in ceea ce priveste magazinul unde iti faci cumparaturile s-au schimbat ( gandindu-ma la realitatile economice curente )  fata de <strong><a href="http://blog.triconsultance.ro/2010/01/care-este-magazinul-tau-preferat/" target="_blank">cele de la inceputul anului</a></strong> si, ca noutate, am urmarit care sunt optiunile pentru produsele cu marca privata sau cele cu branduri mai cunoscute.</p>
<p><a rel="attachment wp-att-3066" href="http://blog.triconsultance.ro/2010/09/rezultat-poll-marca-privata-sau-brand/imagine0211/"><img class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-3066" title="Imagine0211" src="http://blog.triconsultance.ro/wp-content/uploads/2010/09/Imagine0211.jpg" alt="" width="448" height="336" /></a></p>
<p>La prima intrebare din poll,  &#8221;Unde iti faci cumparaturile mari ?&#8221;,  raspunsurile cele mai multe sunt <strong>Carrefour</strong>, ce<strong> </strong>ramane in topul preferintelor voastre cu 45 %. Da, e aproape normal sa ramana in constiinta noastra ca prima optiune. De ce ? Pentru ca a fost primul hypermarket deschis, are o sortimentatie bogata, e aproape de casa si, cel mai important, promotiile de pret sunt de cele mai multe ori imbatabile.</p>
<p>Cu 30 % urmeaza <strong>Kaufland</strong>-ul. A crescut foarte mult aceasta retea si si-a castigat clienti prin preturile mici pe care le practica. Au produse cu marca proprie, no-name, cu cele mai bune preturi de la raft sau produse cu branduri cunoscute, dar cu preturi convenabile. Se vede cu ochil liber la valoarea bonului de cumparaturi. Sunt strategii ce fac parte din politica lor.</p>
<p>Hypermarket-ul <strong>real</strong> e pe locul 3 cu 25 %. A mai scazut un pic, dar ramane pe pozitii pentru ca are cele mai multe articole listate. Cu alte cuvinte sortimentatia la real este cea mai variata.</p>
<p>Urmeaza Cora cu 15 %, Auchan si Mega Image cu cate 10 %, Selgros cu 6%, Plus, Profi si Metro cu cate 5 % si altele 4% ( Billa si Angst ). As zice ca e un clasament normal, desi ma asteptam sa va indreptati mai mult catre magazine precum Profi sau Plus, de tip discout. Eu personal prefer in ultima perioada Profi, pentru ca se pliaza perfect pe lista mea de cumparaturi iar valoarea bonului e mai mult decat rezonabila.</p>
<p>In ceea ce priveste a doua intrebare, &#8221; Ce tipuri de produse cumperi, marci private sau brand-uri cunoscute? &#8220;, raspunsurile sunt in proportie covarsitoare, de 77 %, catre brandurile cunoscute, in detrimentul marcilor private. Normal intr-un fel, pentru ca inca  &#8221;papam &#8220;publicitate de la TV lucru care ne face sa ne indreptam in magazin catre brand-urile cunoscute. Sau mergem pe principiul : &#8221; mi-a placut produsul X si nu-l schimb &#8220;.</p>
<p>Deschid o paranteza : e ok, e optiunea fiecaruia, dar tot ce vreau sa spun este ca la noi marca privata e inca in perioada de &#8220;prescolar &#8220;. Creste, dar mai e pana se face mare. De cele mai multe ori asimilam marca privata cu produse de calitate proasta. &#8221; La pretul asta, nu are cum sa fie un produs de calitate &#8220;, ne spunem&#8230;Nu este adevarat ! Marca privata inseamna &#8220;ruperea&#8221; tuturor costurilor auxiliare care ridica pretul final de la raft si cel mai mare cost este cel legat de promovare. In rest, in majoritatea cazurilor, produsul este acelasi in interior. In alte tari, marca privata e la putere si domina brand-urile cunoscute, atat ca spatiu la raft cat si ca vanzare. Am inchis paranteza.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">La inceputul anului va ceream parerea asupra <strong><a href="http://blog.triconsultance.ro/2010/01/care-este-magazinul-tau-preferat/" target="_blank">magazinului preferat</a></strong> si motivatia ce sta in spatele acestei alegeri si a fost un exercitiu interesant.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Cum obisnuinta de consum s-a mai modificat de atunci, as dori sa ma ajutati cu parerea voastra, raspunzand la doua intrebari, pentru a vedea, de data asta, catre ce tipuri de magazine va indreptati pentru cumparaturi dar, mai ales, ce tipuri de produse cumparati ?</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In cazul de fata, cand spun tipuri de produse, ma refer la cele cu <strong>marca proprie ( produse cu marca magazinului respectiv, avand pretul cel mai mic de la raft</strong>. Ex Clever, Aro, Carrefour, No 1, Winny, Real Quality etc ) si la produsele cu brand-uri mai cunoscute.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Asadar, rogu-va raspundeti-mi la doua intrebari simple :</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">1. In ce magazin iti faci cumparaturile mari ? Cumparaturi mari inseamna acele cumparaturi planificate ( eventual cu shopping list ) cu produse de necesitate  si in cantitati necesare pentru o perioada mai mare de timp. Raspunsul poate fi multiplu.</p>

<p>Serviciile de listare reprezinta un proces complex de vanzare catre retelele internationale de magazine ( <strong>Key Accounts</strong> ). Mai multe detalii gasiti <strong><a href="http://blog.triconsultance.ro/2009/09/servicii-de-listare-in-ka/" target="_blank">aici</a></strong>.</p>
<p>De ce este mai comod sa externalizezi serviciile de listare sau de vanzare catre marile retele de magazine ? De ce sa nu o faci in mod direct, cu resurse proprii ?</p>

<p>Ca si producator sau importator trebuie sa optezi pentru una din variantele de mai sus, in demersul tau de a fi prezent la rafturile acestor magazine. Sa le luam pe rand si sa vedem ce implica fiecare.</p>
<p>1. <strong>Cu resurse proprii</strong> :</p>
<p>- Primele actiuni ce trebuiesc facute sunt recrutarea, angajarea si instruirea persoanei ( persoanelor ) pentru job-ul de <strong>Key Account Manager</strong>, responsabil cu vanzarea catre retele.  Aveti <strong><a href="http://blog.triconsultance.ro/2009/10/atributii-key-account-manager/" target="_blank">aici</a></strong> atributiile unui Key Account Manager. Riscul e sa angajezi o persoana nepotrivita, care sa consume resurse umane si financiare.</p>
<p>- Exista si varianta de a transfera atributiile catre o persoana care deja face parte din colectivul firmei, dar lipsa de experienta poate ingreuna procesul de vanzare sau il poate amana, suportandu-se costurile de rigoare</p>
<p>- Postul de Key Account Manager presupune cheltuieli lunare cu : salariu, alte beneficii, impozitul pe salariu, celelalte dari catre stat, transport, comunicare, echipamente etc. Acestea difera, evident, de la o companie la alta, dar, va spun in cunostinta de cauza, sunt considerabile. Mai mult, trebuie sa le platesti oricum, indiferent daca se livreaza rezultate sau nu.</p>
<p>Daca perioada de tatonare a retelelor, fara rezulte concrete de vanzare, se prelungeste, inchipuiti-va cat va va costa, sa nu mai zic si de faptul ca veti fi in acelasi punct de unde ati plecat : nelistat si fara nicio vanzare facuta.</p>
<p>2. <strong>P</strong><strong>rin servicii de vanzare externalizate</strong>:</p>
<p>- In primul si in primul rand se face o evaluare profesionista a sanselor de a intra in aceste retele, scutindu-se timp si bani</p>
<p>- Primele de efort si de reusita sunt conforme cu efortul depus iar rezultatele sunt imediate.</p>
<p>Prima de efort este una minima si justifica perioada de tatonare ce cuprinde studiile de piata informative, pozitionarea la raft, identificarea nevoilor Key Account-lui etc.</p>
<p>Prima de reusita se acorda numai dupa ce se face vanzarea catre Key Account, deci nu sunt bani aruncati pe fereastra <img src='http://blog.triconsultance.ro/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>- Expertiza noastra vine din experienta dobandita in timp, in lucrul cu aceste retele si oferim solutiile cele mai bune.  Il lasam pe client sa se ocupe de ceea ce stie mai bine : productie, import sau distributie.</p>

<p>Iata ca acest blog implineste azi un an.</p>
<p>Pornit la indemnul unui bun prieten ( Nicu de la <strong><a href="http://www.info-delta.ro/blog/" target="_blank">infodeltaro</a></strong> ) si cu scopul initial de a avea mai multe pagini pe care Domnul Google sa mi le indexeze si mai departe businessul meu sa fie identificat mai usor, <strong>blogul de merchandising</strong> s-a transformat ulterior intr-un blog de informare pe domeniile merchandising, retail si FMCG.</p>
<p>Evident, este un blog de nisa, dar e nisa mea <img src='http://blog.triconsultance.ro/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  E singurul, cel putin pana acum, care abordeaza acest gen de subiecte. Aveam sa aflu acest lucru pe parcurs, cand am cautat repere comune in online si nu am gasit. Inca nu sunt.</p>
<p>Am avut doar doua teme de WordPress in acest an. Nu stiu daca e bine sau rau. Actuala tema am considerat ca se potriveste si am pastrat-o cel mai mult.</p>
<p>Stiu ca intotdeauna este loc pentru imbunatatiri in ceea ce priveste tema. Eu nu am adus prea multe. Credeti ca sunt necesare ?</p>
<p>Intr-un an de zile am scris <strong>138 de articole</strong> ( incluzandu-l si pe acesta ) la care am avut <strong>405 comentarii</strong>. E putin, comparand cu alte bloguri, dar informatia e corecta si la obiect. Am preferat sa nu scriu, decat sa bat campii, doar de dragul scrisului. Am scris si o voi face in continuare numai in granitele impuse chiar de la bun inceput.</p>
<p>Blogging-ul m-a &#8220;impins &#8221; mai apoi si catre <strong>retelele sociale</strong> si nu regret deloc pentru ca in acest fel am reusit sa cunosc si inteleg mediul online.</p>
<p>Reamintesc ca in luna martie, acest blog a castigat <strong><a href="http://roblogfest.ro/competition/2010/Juriu-Comunicare-si-Social-Media-Blog-de-companie/" target="_blank">un onorabil loc 6</a></strong> la <strong>roblogfest 2010</strong>, la categoria bloguri de companie, loc ce mi-a aratat ca sunt pe un drum bun. Atat cat o pot percepe eu, cred ca este o forma oficiala de recunoastere a efortului meu.</p>
<p>Altfel am primit multe incurajari, dar si critici ( constructive ) in ceea ce priveste continutul acestui blog. Am tinut cont de toate. Inca mai sunt multe de facut, dar ma bucur ca, la un an distanta de <strong><a href="http://blog.triconsultance.ro/2009/05/post-1/" target="_blank">primul post</a></strong>, pot sa afirm ca fac si eu parte din <strong>blogosfera</strong> <img src='http://blog.triconsultance.ro/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

<p>Azi se deschide in Bucuresti <strong>real Policolor</strong>, al 25-lea hypermarket al retelei germane si al 4-lea din Capitala, intr-o fosta locatie care a apartinut fabricii Policolor ( de aici denumirea ), unde se vor mai deschide un magazin Metro Cash &amp; Carry, dar si un magazin de bricolaj &#8211; Obi. Intregul complex comercial se desfasoara pe o suprafata de cca 15 hectare.</p>
<p>Ieri, incepand cu ora 18.00, a fost deschiderea oficiala, la care am participat si eu si s-au facut primele cumparaturi pe baza unor invitatii pentru angajati, familiile acestora, furnizori, colaboratori si alti prieteni sau apropiati ai real-ului. Asadar am avut privilegiul sa ma numar printre primii cumparatori din acest magazin si chiar am avut ce pentru ca ofertele sunt care mai de care mai interesante. Azi e deschiderea pentru publicul larg.</p>
<p>Este cel mai mare magazin din toata reteaua, cu o suprafata construita de 14.000 mp si una de vanzare efectiva de 9.700 mp. Asta se vede imediat ce strabati culoarele mult mai aerisite dintre rafturi. Ca si comparatie, orice magazin din retea, are o suprafata de vanzare de cca 7.500 mp. Cu mai mult de 2.000 mp in dreptul real-ului Policolor. Sunt si mai multe case, 48 la numar. Dispunerea la raft a produselor ( layout-ul ) este mult mai generoasa pentru fiecare produs/gama in parte. Si carucioarele de cumparaturi sunt mai mari <img src='http://blog.triconsultance.ro/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> . Numarul total de articole comercializate este de 60.000.</p>
<p>Parcarea de 1.400 de locuri este imensa, sau cel putin asa mi s-a parut pentru ca Metro si Obi nu au deschis inca iar cand acest lucru se va intampla, se va folosi aceeasi parcare. Este in lucru si o parcare subterana, dar si una supraterana. Clienti sa fie&#8230;Programul non-stop, specific magazinelor real din Bucuresti, va fi valabil, evident si pentru acest magazin.</p>
<p>Un alt avantaj la noului real este, dupa parerea mea, faptul ca se afla situat la mica distanta de autostrada Soarelui, mai exact pe B-dul Theodor Pallady si este &#8221; in calea &#8221; celor care merg catre litoral, o artera importanta de trafic, lipsita pana acum de un astfel de magazin. <p>La inceputul anului, fix pe data de 4 Ianuarie, imi setam <a href="http://blog.triconsultance.ro/2010/01/la-treaba/" target="_blank">obiectivele pentru primul trimestru</a> din acest an.</p>
<p>Recitind articolul, pot afirma ca le-am indeplinit in cea mai mare proportie :</p>
<p>1. Clienti noi &#8211; da. Cu unul singur s-a materializat. Unul, dar cu potential mare. Este vorba de primul nostru client extern. In rest mai suntem in discutie si cu alti potentiali clienti.</p>
<p>2. Reinnodarea relatiilor cu o parte din fostii clienti &#8211; partial si in curs. Asta ramane una din prioritati.</p>
<p>3. Dezvoltarea clientilor actuali &#8211; da si chiar si in prezent se lucreaza intens la acest aspect. Concret : se mareste numarul de locatii mercantizate / clientii actuali.</p>
<p>4. Promovarea la locul de vanzare pentru distribuitori &#8211; nu. Cu acest punct am ramas datori. Nu am continuat sa prestam si servicii de acest tip.</p>
<p>5. <a href="http://blog.triconsultance.ro/2010/01/vopsea-de-oua-si-ornamente-de-pasti/" target="_blank">Proiectul cu vopseaua de oua si ornamente de Pasti</a> &#8211; o da&#8230;Ne-a consumat majoritatea timpului si suntem in acest moment spre finalul acestuia. Imi propusesem sa-l promovez cat pot de mult pe blog si pe retelele sociale. Am facut-o iar cei care ne-au urmarit, stiu acest lucru. A fost insa un proiect sezonier care se apropie de final. Sa vina altul ! <img src='http://blog.triconsultance.ro/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

<p>Doua vorbe despre consultanta Social Media : aici sesizez un mare loc gol pe care, in masura posibilitatilor, o sa incerc sa-l umplu (si) eu. Foarte greu se acceseaza aceste retele sociale si cu atat mai putin in sfera <a href="http://blog.triconsultance.ro/2009/12/social-media-si-industria-fmcg/" target="_blank">retail &amp; FMCG</a> dar macar celori mai curajosi dintre ei o sa incerc sa le deschid un pic ochii si chiar sa derulam inpreuna campanii de promovare prin Social Media. Am mecanismul, cunosc bine piata si stiu ce trebuie facut. Doar la gestionarea timpului mai trebuie sa lucrez <img src='http://blog.triconsultance.ro/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Asta este provocarea mea cea mare pentru urmatoarea perioada !</p>

<p>Cum gasesc un om in online, care a avut sau are legatura cu domeniul meu, incerc sa-l tin aproape, pentru ca sunt atat de rari pe aici&#8230; <a href="http://sorina16.wordpress.com/" target="_blank">Sorina</a> este unul din ei, fost merchandiser la inceputurile carierei ei. La indemnul meu, a avut amabilitatea sa scrie un guest post aici, pe blogul de merchandising. Este o premiera pentru acest blog <img src='http://blog.triconsultance.ro/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />   Iata ce a scris Sorina :</p>
<p><em>Incerc sa imi amintesc de vremurile frumoase, cand lucram in domeniul vanzarilor si eram merchandiser.  Doi ani am lucrat pentru ULKER ca si merchandiser.  In ultimii patru ani de zile am lucrat ca Buyer in categoria produse pentru copii, mamici,dermocosmetice, intr-un lant de farmacii &#8211; CITYPHARMA. Am implementat impreuna cu producatori importanti planogramele lor si am descoperit ca merchandisingul in farmacii este foarte diferit de cel din FMCG.</em></p>
<p><em> Jobul de merchandiser  face parte din categoria joburilor de vacanta, de student, pentru a face un ban cinstit de buzunar, pentru ca din salariul pe care il obtii la finalul lunii nu iti permite sa iti platesti o chirie, daramite sa te intretii din acest job.</em></p>
<p><em> Acest job este de entry level intr-o companie, dar in acelasi timp poate fi si o rampa de lansare pentru multi dintre noi.  Se pot invata destul de multe lucruri, dar asta doar daca ne dorim, altfel nu aveam cum sa evoluam.</em></p>
<p><em> Jobul acesta te solicita foarte mult fizic , te plimbi dintr-un hypermarket/supermarket in altul si bineinteles ca o faci pe jos, ca nimeni nu iti ofera masina pentru un asemenea post. Exista si un avantaj, acela ca iti mentii forma fizica si faci muschi carand cu liza paleti de marfa. Am invatat si reguli care tin de aranjarea produselor la raft, am invatat sa citesc o planograma si am mai invatat sa asez produsele dupa metoda FIFO.</em></p>
<p><em> Munca unui merchandiser mai inseama si sa construiasca piramide din diverse produse , mai ales pe timpul promotiilor cand se fac plasari secundare. Un merchandiser trebuie sa fie intodeauna atent sa aseze corect marfa, sa verifice corectitudinea preturilor de la raft, sa respecte un anumit numar de fete, sa nu permita intrarea &#8220;pe teritorul&#8221; respectivului producator iar in cazul in care totusi intra,  sa il elimine.</em></p>
<p><em> Aveam si un tabel unde completam preturile produselor din magazinele care imi erau arondate mie, spatiul si vizibilitatea produselor, plus preturile concurentilor directi si era o intreaga poveste cum faceam rost de ele&#8230; ma suna cineva din firma si ma plimbam prin magazin ( bineinteles fara tricou sau halat de merchandiser) si le dictam prin telefon.</em></p>
<p><em> O alta chestiune ce tine de &#8220;training-ul&#8221; merchandiser-ului este sabotarea standurilor sau a rafturilor produselor concurente; chiar daca acest lucru nu este specificat nicaieri, se intampla foarte des in practica, eu lucram la vremea respectiva pentru producatorul ULKER si mereu eram in divergenta la raioul de ciocolata cu cei de la KRAFT. </em></p>
<p><em> In perioadele de sarbatori munceam foarte mult, firma la care lucram eu ca si merchandiser avea in portofoliu vestitii biscutii BISKREM, ciocolata etc si era o intreaga nebunie in magazine, trebuie sa fii mereu amabil cu angajatii hypermaketului/supermarketului, sa te ajute sa fie in permannenta marfa la raft, dar in acelasi timp si cu clientii care vizitau magazinele si sa ii convingi sa cumpere de la tine, daca iti cereau un sfat. Ce vremuri frumoase si apuse &#8230;.</em></p>
<p><em> Aptitudinile principale pe care eu cred ca trebuie sa le aiba un om ce isi doreste sa lucreze ca si merchandiser sunt : sa fii comunicativ, sa fie creativ si dispus la munca de teren.</em></p>
<p><em> Aceasta meserie iti da ocazia sa cunosti multi oameni si sa inveti destul de multe lucruri legate de marketing.</em></p>
